Doing this little re-watch, I'm reminded of how much I love Tormund. That scene with him and Brienne, when they're eating at the table in Castle Black, is hilarious.

My faves haven't really changed, though. Ned, of course, Jon and Sansa, Arya, Gendry. Brienne, and heaps of others. Hot Pie, for a minor character, was awesome. 'No gravy, no pie!'
The ones I hate haven't changed either, Littlefinger and Ramsay being the top of the list, and Melisandre and Jorah not too far behind. Stannis and his wife, such terrible people, both of them.
But the ones I hate, I love to hate, because they're done so well.
And so many grey characters. Jaime Lannister has done some terrible things, and yet I sympathise with him for all that he's been through, and the good that's in him. Cersei is a full-on bitch, and yet I felt sorry for her when she lost her daughter.

No gravy, no pie. That's poetry.

Agree with your most disliked characters.
All the bad shit that happens to Cersei can be put down to karma.

Bronn, Tyrion, Tormund Giantsbane and The Hound would be my favourites.

Jaime and Cersei are the best.

Ramsay is the worst and one of the worst fictional characters ever created.

He's just so perfectly terrible though, don't you reckon? He has zero redeeming qualities. It's almost a pleasure to hate him.

They're saying that Euron is going to make Ramsay look like a little kid, so we'll have to see if he's quickly added to everyone's hate list, although he is already on mine :xd:

My favourites: Eddard, Robb, Jon, Sansa, Cat, Dany, The Hound, Tyrion, Varys, Tormund, Ygritte, Margaery
My least favourites: Ramsay, Joffrey, Littlefinger, Jaime, Euron, Tywin

There are probably others for both lists but they've slipped my mind :xd:

Ermahgerd, how did I forget Ygritte? And Joffrey?
There are just so many characters that have come and gone, and all of them did exactly what they were supposed to, in terms of being loved and grieved over or hated and despised. It's truly the mark of such a great show that there's not a single person who is there without any point to them, and that we can get so involved in it.

And how did I forget that one dude in Joffrey's guard, and then Tommen's guard....you know the one that travels with papa Tyrell later on. Dangit, I can't remember his name right now.

I've only begun reading the books, however, so far I like Daenerys Targaryen. I like how much her character changes from how she use to be to what she later becomes.

Her brother, Viserys, has to be one of my least favorite characters. I can't stand his quick temper and the way he treats his sister.

I have to agree with you when it comes to the both of them. Viserys was such a horrible brother. He only cared for one thing and that wasn't his sister.
